I care about you and your fitness goals, and will design your
personal fitness training program especially for you based on your
goals and current fitness level. You'll stretch, lift, tone, kick

encouragement and instruction that you need.

Most people never achieve their personal fitness goals because
they don't have the time or the motivation to exercise regularly.
It's too easy to "do it tomorrow". With in-home personal training,
you make a commitment to exercise when I arrive at your doorstep -
whether you feel like it or not. You get a total body workout in
only one hour. I provide you with expert knowledge and coaching to
make sure you reach your goals—and I will do my best to make your
workouts fun!
The Help you Need to Stay Motivated and Succeed
One of the biggest problems you'll face when beginning a fitness
program is procrastination. I help you eliminate procrastination
by delivering the workout to you. It's much harder to skip your
workout when you have a fitness professional that makes
house-calls!
I help keep you motivated during your quest to achieve your
fitness goals. I will monitor every aspect of your fitness program
and make changes and adjustments to help you speed results. I will
also monitor your weight, your body fat percentage and your body
measurements—allowing you to actually see the progress you've
made. And nothing motivates you better than seeing results!
Seniors
One of my favorite activities is working with 55+ people--the Baby
Boomers. I thoroughly enjoy my experiences with seniors who,
whether because of an illness, a handicap, or just normal changes
that aging brings on, are interested in making an effort to
maximize and improve their strength, balance, and mobility.
My experience with training seniors
began when teaching SilverSneakers classes at an Elkhart
gym. Later upon request I began including once or
twice-a-week in-home visits to seniors with different needs; and
more and more, this aspect of personal training is becoming my
favorite. It's such a pleasure to work with clients who
appreciate every moment of our time together!
