CORPORATE SESSIONS

Now, more than ever, it makes sense for companies to maximize employee creativity and productivity while reducing absenteeism and stress, through the use of Corporate Fitness Programs.  The Journal of Exercise Physiology and Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine have published data that confirm the many benefits of employee fitness, including:

Jody will tailor an Employee Fitness Plan to your specific Company requirements.  A typical program may include 8 sessions with 2 classes per week for 4 weeks.  Optimal group size is 9-10 people per class, but smaller or larger groups can be accommodated.  Cross-training is also available.

Rates will depend on trainer mileage and number of participants per class.
