WHAT CAN A PERSONAL TRAINER DO FOR ME?

The real question here is:  "Why do I need someone to help me achieve my fitness goals?" 

There are a number of really good answers. A Personal Trainer assesses your fitness level, sets up a program for you and keeps you motivated and accountable to someone. Jody will push you past your excuses, past your pre-set idea of what you can do, and cheer you onward—and that is difficult to do on your own.  She will also provide:

  • Guidance on reaching your goals
  • Education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
  • Accountability and ways to track your progress
  • A plan for the most effective and time efficient workout for your busy lifestyle
  • Sport-specific athletic conditioning
  • Specific care and direction with regard to injury or health conditions.
